Compassionate Corner Program is a piloted program created in partnership by A Good Transition and the Compassionate Care

Hospice Society (2016), specifically designed to offer free grief

support to persons with disabilities within our rural community.

To provide hospice care within the community in a home or home like setting to all individuals and their loved ones; fulfilled by fully-trained professionals and volunteers with respect, dignity, empathy and compassion to meet physical, spiritual and emotional needs through the end of life and bereavement journey.
